Aliança Navegação e Logistica Ltda. operates an integrated Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards as well as the ISM and ISPS Codes.
With this integrated management system, Alianca wishes to give expression to the principle that ensuring quality awareness represents a central task to which all employees feel committed. The aim is to guarantee the highest possible quality of the services it offers and to take account of customer satisfaction in every respect through the continuous improvement of work processes.
With the introduction of the Environmental Management System, Alianca is pursuing the goal of reconciling environmental protection and economic viability. The precondition for achieving this goal is the sparing use of natural resources.
Error prevention has priority over error rectification and thus also makes a contribution to enhancing economic viability and customer satisfaction. To guarantee this, employees receive continuous training worldwide.
Quality and environmental targets are formulated and reviewed on a regular basis in order to ensure the process of continuous improvement.
